Assistant Professor of Management Dr. Nisrutha Dulla, Assistant Professor at Kiit School of Humanities, is an alumnus of Kiit School of Management, where she earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Management. She has also qualified for UGC-NET in the stream of management. Before joining Kiit, she worked as a lecturer at a private school in Hyderabad. She has a Master of Business Administration from an affiliated college at Osmania University. She has a Bachelor of Technology from an affiliated college, JNTU Hyderabad. Apart from academics, she has been an enthusiastic researcher. She has published several research papers in Scopus and Web of Science-indexed journals, such as Management and labour Studies, and has also presented various research papers at national and international conferences of repute. She has also been awarded an ICSSR-funded project. Her research interests are in the areas of organizational culture, employee creativity, community development, and organizational psychology.
