Dr. Debanjali Roy, Assistant Professor at the Department of Humanities, School of Liberal Studies, KIIT Deemed to be University, was invited to delivered a lecture at the Five-Day Virtual Management Development Programme on Strategic Leadership: Building Communication and Leadership Competence, organised by VIT Chennai.
The session, titled “Managerial Communication and Leadership,” foregrounded the intrinsic relationship between communication practices and leadership effectiveness in a rapidly transforming global context. With a focus on adaptability and audience-centric communication, the session provided participants with both theoretical insights and practical frameworks to enhance their leadership and managerial competencies.
