Dr. Jayalaxmi Samal, Senior Assistant Professor, Department of Humanities, School of Liberal Studies, KIIT, served as a Resource Person for a Career Counselling Session organised for students of Classes IX–X and XI–XII at PM SHRI Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Mundali, Cuttack.
The session aimed to help students recognise their strengths, interests, aptitude, and potential while exploring diverse career pathways. Through interactive activities and meaningful discussions, students were encouraged to develop self-awareness, look beyond popular career trends and external expectations, and make informed decisions about their future.
