Rituparna Priyadarshini, a doctoral scholar of the School of Liberal Studies, KIIT Deemed to be University, has successfully completed her Ph.D. viva voce examination under the supervision of Dr. Arpita Goswami, Assistant Professor, School of Liberal Studies, KIIT Deemed to be University.
Her doctoral thesis, titled “Exploring the Role of Folk Poetry in Tribal Cultural Communication in Odisha: A Select Study”, makes a valuable contribution to the fields of folklore, tribal studies, and cultural communication by examining the significance of folk poetry in preserving and transmitting the cultural heritage of Odisha’s tribal communities.
