Mr. Chiranjeev Mahakud, a student of B.A. English (3rd Year), Department of Humanities, KIIT School of Liberal Studies, achieved a notable sporting milestone by securing third place (Bronze Medal) in the 200 metres men’s event at the 71st State Athletics Meet 2025.
The championship was held at the Reserve Police Ground, Cuttack, from 27 to 30 December 2025, where he represented KIIT Deemed to be University with distinction.
The Department of Humanities congratulates Mr. Chiranjeev Mahakud on this commendable achievement and applauds his dedication, discipline, and sporting excellence, which bring pride to the University.
