Dr. Sweta Mishra is currently working as an Assistant Professor (Management) in the Department of Humanities, School of Liberal Studies, KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. She completed her PhD. in Human Resource Management in the year 2022 from School of Management, KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. She earned her MBA degree with dual specializations in Human Resource Management and Marketing from School of Management, KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. She has presented research papers at various national and international level conferences and also has published articles in SCOPUS listed Journals. Apart from being professionally engaged in education field, Dr. Mishra is a singer by passion. She is a trained Hindustani Vocalist and has performed at several national level programs and won many awards for her melodious rendition in various Odia and Bengali movies. Being a scholarship holder in Hindustani vocal and an approved artist of All India Radio are also added feathers on her cap. She maintains a balance between her passion and profession by making both complementary to each other.
