Dr. Jayalaxmi Samal is a self-inspired, enthusiastic, and goal-driven professional educator currently associated with KIIT University, Bhubaneswar as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Humanities. She has more than 13 years of teaching experience of teaching in MBA courses and Management-related UG courses. She holds a triple Master's Degree in Management, Economics, and Yoga and completed her Ph.D. in Management. Her research interests include PMS, Mental health, employee well-being, Workplace, spirituality, and Employee engagement and her niche area of research is writing teaching case studies. She has published several research papers in various national and international journals including UGC, Scopus and ABDC-indexed journals. As an NLP Practitioner, a Certified Life Coach, and a Yoga Professional she has delivered more than eighty talks in various seminars, webinars, corporate training sessions, and workshops in the areas of Yoga, Wellness, Mental Health, Happiness Mantra, Stress Management, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Management, Transactional Analysis, Interview Success Mantra, Resume Making, Case Study Writing and publication to name a few at various organization of repute.
