Assistant Professor
Dr. Bignya Patnaik is currently working as Assistant Professor and offering courses on management. She has done her Ph.D. at NALSAR University of Law in the domain of Management. She has a masters degree in Economics and her keen inclination towards human resource management encouraged her to pursue further degrees in Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Training & Development. Her interest in people management and behavioural science directed her to choose 'the examination of the role of diversity and equality management system in HEIs' as a topic for doctoral research. She has presented research papers at national and international level conferences and also has published articles in SCOPUS listed Journals. Over the years, she has taught subjects like Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Business Ethics and CSR, Leadership & Emotional Intelligence and Managing diversity & inclusion. She has work experience in both administration and teaching at national level institutions.
