“Preparing a Labyrinth: Writing the Self in the World” by Prof Jen Webb, Professor, University of Canberra, Australia on 11 December 2024, which is also the inaugural session of the four-day workshop (11-14 December) on Creative Writing organized by the Centre for Cultural Studies and Comparative Literature, KIIT School of Liberal Studies and the KISS Project K-MUSE. This event has proved beneficial for beginners, research scholars, and academicians. Starting with a context-specific definition of a ‘labyrinth’, the talk went on to deal with the antagonistic terms like ‘ethics’ and ‘aesthetics’ as well as ‘creativity’ and ‘critique’, along with concise deliberation on the process of writing.
