Nisrutha Dulla
Assistant Professor
Dr. Nisrutha Dulla is an Assistant Professor at Department of Humanities, with a rich academic and research background. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Kiit School of Management and is qualified in UGC-NET (Management). Prior to her current role, she was a lecturer at a private business school in Hyderabad. She completed her Master of Business Administration from an affiliated college of Osmania University and her Bachelor of Technology from an affiliated college of JNTU Hyderabad. She is an enthusiastic researcher, having published numerous papers in prestigious journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, such as Management and Labour Studies. Her work has also been featured at various national and international conferences. She has been awarded an ICSSR-funded project, and her research interests include organizational culture, employee creativity, community development, and organizational psychology.
