Dr. Bignya Patnaik is currently working as Assistant Professor and offering courses on management. She has done her Ph.D. at NALSAR University of Law in the area of Diversity and Inclusivity. She has a masters degree in Economics from Berhampur University, Odisha and her keen inclination towards human resource management encouraged her to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma Certificate in Human Resource Management from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar and a Diploma in Training & Development from ISTD, New Delhi. She has presented research papers at national and international level conferences and also has published articles in SCOPUS listed Journals. She has work experience in both administration and teaching at national level institutions.
